IMA Rule of Thirds Picture of a Garden

This was taken at the IMA. In this photo, it is an example of the beautiful gardens
they design at IMA. You can see how they use different colors, heigths and textures
to make it all come together.  The circle they place it is and lifting it up is a neat design.
I chose this photo for an example of rule of thirds and the gardens were one of my favorite
scenes. I like how the lighting helped to bring out colors. I see repetition in their designs.I like to
help to think of things to deign in our yard so these gardens were new ideas of things.
I hope anyone who sees this photo would think that is a good picture and a cool garden. This photo
surprised me that you were able to get the detail in the plants. I loved going to IMA and its
full of neat things to take photos of.

IMA Rule of Thirds

In this image a flower is emphasized and zoomed in on. I like getting flowers up close so
you can see the details of the petals and the rest is fading background. The pictures shows
how the flowers are shaded and every texture. It gives different colors of orange and life. This caught
my eye as I learned how neat it is to take items and zoom real close. I learned to do this at our IMA trip.
I like doing this with flowers, insects and people. I learned about different ways you can zoom to add
details to photos. This is a good example of rule of thirds.

Back Lighting

This picture was taken on Fall Break in
Washington DC. We liked how the lighted background made a shadow on my dad and brought out the details. I liked that I could find a place that looked like a
park but we were in the city. This was the meddle of the afternoon and we were sight seeing. I liked how
the lighting made it look like it was two different pictures and helped my dad stand out in a big open place. I feel this was a good example of back lighting as we were visiting D.C.
I think back lighting is a capture the moment type picture and it is cool to see.

Back Lighting

In this image the light is in the background shining through to make the trees pop.
I was outside and thought isn't that neat how the sun is bringing light and
the neat shadow you get and the trees pop out. I thought it was cool and peaceful.
It was a time when the sun starting to go down and brought a neat shadow.
The trees would not have stood out with details without the light.
